How to choose
- Feeding while you’re away. A camera feeder, such as the PETLIBRO Feeder with Camera or the PETKIT YumShare, lets you see that the meal was eaten.
- Wet food. The PETLIBRO Polar is made for wet food and keeps meals cool. Check each other feeder’s listing for the food it takes.
- More than one pet. The PETLIBRO One RFID opens only for the pet wearing its tag, which helps when pets eat different food.
- Capacity. The table shows how much dry food each hopper holds, from 12 cups (3 L) to 21 cups (5 L), where the listing states it.
- Kibble size. Check the kibble size each listing accepts.
- Wi-Fi. Some models need 2.4GHz, so check your router.
Feeding two or more cats
Two cats sharing one ordinary feeder eat from the same bowl, so the feeder can’t tell who ate what. Two of the feeders here are built with more than one pet in mind:
