Information we collect
- If you email us or use our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and whatever you write. The form sends this to our inbox; it is not stored on this website. We use it only to reply. To limit spam, the form counts sends per visitor for one hour using a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, never the address itself.
- Technical data: our hosting provider’s servers record standard log data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
- Cookies: WordPress and WooCommerce may set functional cookies. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network (for example Amazon) may set cookies on its own site to record the referral. Their privacy policies apply to those cookies.
- Analytics: we do not currently use analytics tools on this site. If we add one, such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy first.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site: our web host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google Workspace).
Third-party sites
Links on this site lead to retailers and brands with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Do Not Track
Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

To review, correct or delete information you have sent us, email hello@robotfinderhq.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and note material changes on this page.
